接入需要我自己申请亚马逊开发者账号吗？Do I need my own Amazon developer account to connect?
不需要。纵途是亚马逊 Selling Partner API 的注册开发者，你只需要在店铺管理里点「授权亚马逊店铺」，跳到卖家后台用你自己的账号登录并确认即可。广告账号同理。No. Journeyor is a registered Selling Partner API developer. Click “Authorize Amazon store” in Store Management, sign in to Seller Central with your own account and confirm. Your Ads account works the same way.
支持哪些站点？Which marketplaces are supported?
目前支持亚马逊北美站（美国）。其他站点会根据客户需求陆续开放，欢迎告诉我们你需要哪个。Amazon North America (United States) today. Other marketplaces will follow based on customer demand — tell us which one you need.
我的数据存在哪里，谁能看到？Where is my data stored and who can see it?
数据加密存储在我们的服务器上，只有你授权的团队成员能按权限看到对应店铺的数据。我们的员工不会查看你的业务数据，除非你为了解决问题明确要求。详见隐私政策。Data is stored encrypted on our servers, and only team members you authorize can see the stores their permissions allow. Our staff do not look at your business data unless you explicitly ask us to in order to resolve an issue. See the Privacy Policy.
不想用了怎么办？What if I want to stop?
随时在亚马逊卖家后台「管理你的应用」里撤销授权，并告知我们停用。我们会按隐私政策的约定删除你的数据，并可在删除前为你导出。Revoke authorization any time under “Manage your apps” in Seller Central and tell us you're stopping. We delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy and can export it for you first.
手机上能用吗？Does it work on a phone?
能。纵途是网页应用，手机浏览器直接打开就能用，也可以添加到主屏幕像 App 一样使用，不需要安装。Yes. Journeyor is a web application: open it in your phone's browser or add it to the home screen to use it like an app, with nothing to install.
